CFR Title 40, Part 63, Subpart DDDDD Emission Limits for New or Reconstructed Boilers and Process He

If your facility maintains reconstructed boilers and/ or process heaters, then you may be subject to the emissions limitations set forth in Appendix Table I to Subpart DDDDD. As stated in § 63.7500, you must comply with the applicable emission limits set forth in Table I as defined.
